Mangum Brick continues operations today as Greer County’s largest private employer. Mangum Brick Company is proud to have been named Greer County’s Business of the Century and to have received Oklahoma’s 2011 Governors Manufacturing Leadership Award.

Mangum Brick was founded in the words of our founder, George Moore, on the “finest shale and largest quantity I ever saw”. The Doyle family was responsible for putting Mangum Brick on the map. Mangum Brick was under the leadership of the Doyle family from the Early 1900’s till 1984. In 1964 they moved the facility to its current location approximately 1 mile north of Mangum, Oklahoma and installed a state of the art tunnel kiln, which was in operation up until the mid 1990’s. In 1984 the ownership transferred to the Jewett Scott family, they were responsible for building the current state of the art manufacturing facility in the mid 1990’s.

Mangum Brick was purchased on 12/31/2009 by MB Holdings LLC who have a vision to continue producing the highest quality bricks available, with the young energetic leadership Mangum Brick is poised to continue to expand and innovate.

Mangum brick is proud to have provided brick for some of the most beautiful masonry jobs in the country. Mangum Brick has been used on projects from the east coast to the west coast and all points in between.
